BEST USES:

Use any marinade or seasoning, and bake or grill with ease. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cook the chicken with the bone side up and for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, flip it over to the skin side up for another 30 minutes, which will give you mouth-watering crispy skin. Let it rest, slice, and serve with your favourite pasta, risotto, rice or potato dish.
