Call it minced meat, call it ground sirloin, but most of all call it yummy: we got a lean mean ground beef.

Made from the chuck and shoulder, we are selective since we trim it to less than 20% fat.

Each package is about 500 grams (a little over a pound).

BEST USES:

Get your burger on, roll it into meatloaf or meatballs, toss it into chili… this stuff’s as versatile as they come.
