Make no mistake about it – this package of ground lamb will make the most delicious burgers. We proudly offer Southdown Lamb, the “Aberdeen Angus” of the sheep industry. Our Spring Ontario lamb is produced at our farm in Hamilton, Ontario, and is free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free.

The approximate size per package is 500 grams.

BEST USES:
Add some of your favourite seasonings and grill, broil, or air-fry them. If your recipe calls for ground beef, such as meatballs, chilli or meatloaf, this lamb meat will “up” the flavour.
