Chuck roast – aka boneless blade, bottom blade or under blade – is moist and meaty, provided that it is prepared by braising it in a liquid, such as wine, broth, or balsamic vinegar. Always pat the meat dry with paper towels before prepping. Ensure you combine onions, garlic, Dijon mustard, herbs, mushrooms or any other of your favourite roast ingredients. Although it is more economical than other roasts, it will not disappoint in the taste or presentation.
