Chicken livers are versatile and loaded with nutrients. All our liver is pre-koshered according to Jewish law, by lightly salting and roasting it over an open flame. We then rinse off the salt, and wash it thoroughly. We do not sell raw liver under any circumstances.

The approximate size per package is 400 grams.

BEST USES:

Sauté them or fry them – they are delicious! Chopped onions, shallots, wine, garlic are just some of the flavor enhancers to use when cooking with these delicate nuggets. Once cooked, you can put it in your food processor and make delicious chicken liver pâté.
