We are proud to offer Southdown Lamb, the “Aberdeen Angus” of the sheep industry, hailing from our farm in Hamilton. All of our lambs are free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free.

BEST USES:
This lamb roast has already been tied up for your convenience, and ready to roast. Place baby potatoes on the bottom of your roasting pan that have been seasoned with oil, kosher salt, garlic powder, minced fresh rosemary and black pepper. Rub the roast with the same herbs. Roast at 450 degrees until your desired doneness - always let this rest before slicing. Only remove sting once cooked, or risk falling apart.
