Braising or stewing – this bone-in lamb stew meat will help you create the most flavorful and tender stew meat. It’s sold in convenient-sized cube pieces. We are proud to offer Southdown Lamb, the “Aberdeen Angus” of the sheep industry, hailing from our farm in Hamilton. All of our lambs are free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free.
