BEST USES:

Also known as shore ribs, spare ribs or dino ribs, these are best cooked in a low-temperature oven (250 degrees), or barbeque for 2+ hours. Grab your dry rub, or do the basting with a brush and sticky sauce, and you’ll be smiling. Inhale them solo, or serve alongside coleslaw, mashed potatoes, baked beans or French fries – it’s all good.
