Our Delmonico roast is expertly seasoned with our signature BBQ blend. This roast is also known as the 2nd filet or chuck eye roast. It is sourced from the steak portion of the chuck section that extends to the rib. Slow-cooking this roast yields a succulent gravy and perfectly sliced meat.
