We are pleased to present our delicious chops, expertly cut from the meaty section of the lamb shoulder and perfectly seasoned with our signature blend of Italian herb seasoning. These chops offer great value for those who do not require a full rack of lamb. We take pride in offering Southdown Lamb, considered the "Aberdeen Angus" of the sheep industry and hails from our farm in Hamilton. Our lambs are raised in free-range conditions and are free from antibiotics and hormones, ensuring the highest quality product.
