Make no mistake about it – this package of ground lamb will make the most delicious burgers. We are proud to offer Southdown Lamb, the “Aberdeen Angus” of the sheep industry. Our Spring Ontario lamb is produced at our farm in Hamilton, Ontario, and are free range, antibiotic and hormone free.

The approximate size per package is 500 grams.

BEST USES:
Add in some of your favorite seasonings, and then grill, broil or air-fry them. If your recipe calls for ground beef, such as meatballs, chili or even meatloaf – this lamb meat will “up” the flavor.
