Indulgence is thy middle name, bone-in lamb roast. Also known as lamb shoulder, it’s similar to the fore quarter chops, and ideal for a sophisticated meal. We are proud to offer Southdown Lamb, the “Aberdeen Angus” of the sheep industry, hailing from our farm in Hamilton. All of our lambs are free-range, antibiotic and hormone-free.

Your best meat roast recipe can be used on a lamb roast. Preparing a rub on top with fresh herbs, kosher salt and cracked pepper are the best and simplest ingredients for this elegant meal. It will cook in its own juices and make drippings that are mouth-watering. Roasted potatoes, French green beans, and a crusty bread will be lovely additions to a classy banquet.
