BEST USES:

Impress your family and friends with this classic Italian-style dish. Pat dry the meat with paper towels before prepping for cooking and sear both sides in a hot pan with oil. Then add your favourite red wine, fresh herbs (such as thyme or rosemary), canned or fresh tomatoes, tomato paste and a bay leaf. Let this tender meat braise or cook for at least two hours until it is fork-tender. Serve with mashed potatoes, pasta or your favourite grain (quinoa, kasha, or couscous).
