Kefta (or kofta) is a deliciously spiced and tender Moroccan kabob made using ground beef. The mixture is flavoured with cumin, paprika, garlic, ground onion, coriander, and parsley and formed into skewers. Great when cooked in the oven or on the BBQ. We make them and freeze them right away to preserve their freshness.

The approximate size per package is 500gr, with 6 frozen kabobs per package.
